What you will be doing:
The Electronics Lab Manager will play a meaningful role in our team: managing our lab space, assembling and testing prototypes, reworking assemblies, running electronics tests, and handling hardware bring-up and characterization.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the Electronic and Mechanical lab spaces
- Participate in the prototyping process for products and test hardware
- Handle new hardware bring-up
- Run testing protocols for a wide variety of electronic hardware

You must have:
- A B.S. in Electrical or Computer Engineering or relevant industry experience
- Strong research and problem solving skills
- Experience with electronic test equipment (oscilloscope, logic analyzer, etc)
- Experience with soldering SMT electronics
- Ability to both work in a team and self-manage
- Strong desire to be an extraordinary teammate with a collaborative interpersonal communication style
- Openness to participate in a feedback-based work process to guide improvements and drive growth
You should have:
- Electronics assembly experience (SMT)
- Experience with Git and content management
- Experience with ECAD software (Altium, etc)
- A strong desire to acquire new skills
It’s helpful to have:
- Programming skills (e.g. Javascript, Swift, Python, etc)
